Registration

Registration Hall (Level -1) – Accessible via the main entrance.

Self-service badge printing stations will be available in the Registration Hall. Please have your QR code readily available, either on a mobile device or in printed form.

Frequently asked questions

Badge collection takes place in the Registration Hall (Level -1).

Badges can be printed at self-service kiosks by scanning the QR code included in your registration ticket.

Please retain your badge for the entire duration of the conference. Only one badge will be issued for all three days.

The venue can easily be reached by train, metro, taxi or car.

Brussels Central Station is located approximately 3 minutes from the venue and offers direct connections to Brussels Airport and major European destinations.

The plenary conferences on June 16 and June 17 will take place in the Gold Hall (Level 0).

On June 18, the Focus Forum sessions will take place in 3 different rooms:

Substitutions are possible up to five business days before the event.
A badge can be transferred, but will not be re-issued.

We have foreseen long breaks to allow ample time to network. Coffee and tea will be served during coffee breaks. There are many restaurants in the area for lunch.

This conference is accredited by the Brussels Bar for 16 continuing legal education (CLE) points. Participants who attend the conference will be eligible to receive these accredited points in accordance with the applicable requirements. A certificate will be issued only to those who attend the conference, after the end of the event.
